Growth through Connection

Helping you build a satisfying life and meaningful relationships

We support adults who want to better understand and change patterns that are getting in the way of their relationships and lives, connect with their emotions and express them more effectively, and experience personal growth.

Change happens in relationship

We spend most of our lives in relationship with others—family, friends, coworkers, and partners. Because many of our patterns develop in relationships, growth and change often require new relational experiences.

Interpersonal Process Group creates a space where your relational patterns naturally emerge in real time as you interact with other group members. This allows you to better understand how you affect others and how they affect you, while practicing new ways of connecting and building more authentic, fulfilling connections both inside and outside the group.

You might benefit from an interpersonal process group if you want to...

Understand why you feel lonely or distant from others

Accept care and set boundaries

Deepen understanding of yourself and your emotions

Learn how to help people feel heard and cared for

Openly express what you think, feel, and need

Stop repeating the same patterns in relationships

Licensed Psychologist
Certified Group Psychotherapist

Kseniya facilitates both Growth through Connection groups

As a licensed psychologist and Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP) with over 10 years of clinical experience, I believe that meaningful change begins in authentic human connection.

Recognizing that every person brings unique developmental experiences, identities, and cultural backgrounds that shape how they relate to others, I strive to create a space where these experiences are honored and differences are met with curiosity and respect.

I balance warmth with directness, offering both support and challenge to help members grow. I believe that strong relationships are not built by avoiding conflict, but by learning how to repair moments of hurt and misunderstanding with openness, accountability, and care. These experiences often become the foundation for deeper trust, stronger connections, and lasting personal growth. As a group facilitator, I strive to lead with the same openness, accountability, and respect that I encourage in group members.

Postdoctoral Fellow

Lee facilitates the in-person Growth through Connection group

I hold a doctoral degree in counseling psychology, and I am in my sixth year of clinical practice, working toward becoming licensed.

Throughout my training as a therapist, I have been inspired by the transformative power of interpersonal process groups. I see each member’s ability to authentically be themselves as a critical ingredient to successful interpersonal process and commit to supporting each member on their journey towards courageous self-expression.

As a group facilitator, I believe clear is kind and value authentic expression in relationships. I bring warm, supportive and direct communication to my groups while respecting your time and capacity. I see my role as a group facilitator to cultivate a strong, stable space for participants to try out new ways of being and take interpersonal risks.
